We would like to begin by stating, that our direct marketing structure is effective throughout all commercial levels and/or sectors! And further, that it is in fact being pioneered in a manner which affords Our Members either national or international opportunities...

Membership in 'The Life Regeneration Project!' benefits the business community - starting with the industrial area, through manufacturing and distribution, on to the smallest of retail shops and service companies which a Client (and Consumer) can find with open doors on the international marketplace; and vice-versa.  Membership provides valid, highly potential, and effective methods of cutting costs involved with the 'traditional accumulative cost-factors involved in formulating the final price' to the Commercial and Professional Client and/or Consumer.

Our direct and diversified marketing philosophies, and systems, provide (for the first time that we know of) a modern and regenerated relationship between 'Business and Business'; and most importantly, between 'Business and End-client'! If you have read through the earlier pages of this presentation you have seen clearly, that we have in fact renovated costly (and questionably effective) traditional systems by redirecting certain key cost factors involved with marketing and sales operations into a new and effective 'Economic Buying Power' for the Member. By doing so, we have in fact, injected a 'New Economy' into the present one (which we all know lacks the economical stability and foundation to maintain existing firms, and / or Clients, on a consistent 'upwards-trend'. And more honestly, to even offer the potential of establishing a level sales and production base.).

In addition, we have developed a program which can in time provide a consistent increase in the Buyer's Purchasing Potential, without the necessity of: increased 'over-worked paychecks' and / or miraculous reductions in 'taxes' and the like... without taking-on second (and maybe even 3rd part-time jobs)... and without the need to sell 'multi-level kits' to friends, relatives, colleagues, and/or acquaintances. Why do we mention this point? Because increased 'Buying Power' adds-up to increased purchases at the retail (reseller) level, which increases 'orders' through the distribution channels to the manufacturer; who must increase industrial level orders. And as we all know, the lack of the factors just mentioned has been a major problem... which repeats itself too often under the present sales and marketing systems and operations... which maintain what we call the corrosive roller-coaster effect.

In brief, we have placed a new key in an old door. Doing so allows it to open easier and wider than ever before!

The Manufacturer...

  • Is confronted with the need to buy production materials based upon the market-price and availability of the quantity needed... and to do so, at the right moment!
  • Is faced with the reality of production demand based upon: distribution channels - agents - and final sales (elements of success or failure). The latter (final sales), greatly due to 'final cost and pricing factors', which dictate success due to it being subject to these factors... along with the overall economy that prevails.
  • Is challenged by the seemingly never ending ups-and-downs of supply and demand for reason of 'sales price', which is for the most part, completely out of the manufacturer's potential to control.

Distributor ...

Once the product becomes a reality, it must move from its place of birth to those who will find it a home. Be this to fill the needs of another business operator, to become an integral part of office or institutional operations, or to make a family happy: There is one thing for certain ... and that is it must past distribution channels.

And here, is where takes place the incredible game of space and means of transportation involved within the movement and disbursement of 'product' to reseller. And once again, the success in this area of commerce is based-upon sales at that same reseller's location. The never ending story of 'price' continues. The Reseller's Price, which is often the final determination for demand; as well as, the principle factor involved in the 'if' or 'if not' customer' purchases (at the reseller level) become a viable income source... beyond necessary pay-outs and invoices at distribution levels.

We will reiterate the impact: If the needed profits are not there to purchase new merchandise on the reseller's part, than the entire system from reseller, thru Distributor, and on back to Industry, brakes down; doing so, with the distributor (along with the manufacturer) trapped in the middle.

The AGENT

 

Agent...

Incredibly true, and at times frightening, is the FACT: that the entire success (and at times failure) of the Empirical Commercial System (which is emphatically involved with just about every aspect of society and the human lifestyle itself) falls upon the shoulders of the Agent (sales representative)!

And, 'He or She' bears the burden of convincing the reseller: That their product is for some reason better than those of their competitors (at times telephone directories of the same); and further, responsible for convincing them (the Reseller), that 'their price' is the right price for the bottomed-out market (Bottomed-out: thanks to the end-Client / Consumer-Shoppers being buried under credit card purchases, bank and credit company loans with relative interest rates, incomes that no longer have the flexibility to be stretched further under tightening governmental taxation and the like. Many left with only hope ... that maybe they will win the lottery by investing their remaining pennies into purchasing endless numbers of dream-tickets.).

The Agent wears on their shoulders ... the head: Which either wins a trophy or bonus; or otherwise, is the first on the chopper's block! Thus, for many, a system has been emplaced by them personally in order to lower their customer's costs; and that system, is voluntarily cutting down their personal income bases in order to close a contract. The new formula for survival: More work and less pay!

The RESELLER

Reseller / Retailer...

If you have ever heard the expression "Passing the buck!" (buck is a term for dollar, however can be applied to any currency on the international marketplace), than you as a Reseller / Retailer knows: that the 'buck' (to be paid) stops at your bank account balance: The proverbial end of the commercial line of passing on all the costs, and expenses, involved in bringing the merchandise to your back door. Costs, which rain down in torrents, from the industrial kick-off point on through manufacturing and distribution operations (which include multiple shipping fees), sales organizations, and finally... right on top of your budget's head...

Let's just take into consideration one aspect of traditional commercial phases (and/or involved costs) that truly bears a noticeable (and at times critical) weight upon the final price to you... before you are required to pass these costs on down-the-line to the end-Client or Consumer, with hopes of experiencing the much needed profit margin; or at least, meeting the expenses.

We are talking about the 'amazing (vanishing) grace' involved in the advertising sector: creative marketing, direct marketing, publicity (TV, radio, newspapers and magazine ads, the infamous technological rage of websites and the internet, etc.), public relations, graphic and informatics services, etc.; the whole ball of wax, let's say, that is needed to 'LET THE WORLD KNOW YOU ARE ALIVE'.

Scary isn't it! More than scary, at times these fees become the major factor involved in the 'too high final price', when the economy doesn't permit the buyer (purchaser / shopper), or Mom & Dad, to invest their hard earned (and most times insufficient) money in your merchandise or service.

But what if these fees could be cut drastically (in time ... to almost nothing); and further, be partially redirected into the 'Buying Power & Potential' of the shopper (or Buyer) through new and innovative programs of support?

Caught in the trap!

It's plain and clear what the effect, of 'too high costs' at the stores, is upon the Service Company!

The Service Company has always been a wise decision for reasons of: expertise, time, and the like; however, when those service related invoices (for necessities or convenience) drain their bank accounts?

We need only look at the 'Do It Yourself!' boom. The business person, professional, and the consumer, is forced to purchase the materials ... and through necessity perform needed repairs and/or desired services; the later, either as a voluntary slave to "Keeping-up with the appearance created by competition with the Jones"... or just plainly, being forced to keep-up with maintenance needs and the times.

Professional Services whether convenient or not, become the personal challenge of just about every consumer or business person to save money: "I'll cut the lawn from now on!"; "OK! And, I will clean the carpets! The vacuum cleaner sales representative convinced me to take a model that does this too. He said that, in time we will save a lot of money by doing the carpets ourselves."; "Honey, the water pipe you fixed last week needs fixing again!" "OK!"; "Don't worry Dad... I will help you build the new garage. Thanks son! But you are only 6 years old... and it might be too dangerous for you.".

It's time for the Service Company to look towards new horizons, where there is in fact a 'New Economy' in the developing. An economy, that will reopen the client's bank balances and budgets to using the Service Companies. It's time to take into sincere concideration, entering a parallel business development approach, through which your potential customer can do their job... and afford for you to do yours.
